03Restaurant OperationsBlamed on staff, caused by design: Redesigning the kitchen ticket
What looked like a staff-attention problem turned out to be a workflow problem. I studied how orders were packed during peak hours and redesigned the kitchen ticket to make fulfilment faster and more reliable.
UX researchService designInteraction designComing soonHOW I WORKI’ve never really designed just screens.
Beyond the interface
I started in architecture, moved through VR and AR, and into digital products. The medium changed, but the focus stayed the same: how people understand, navigate and act within a system.
Domain before design
I’ve worked across heavy machinery, logistics, automotive and healthcare, often learning unfamiliar systems before shaping the experience around them.
UX in imperfect environments
Most teams I’ve worked with had limited UX processes. I learned to introduce research, usability testing and collaboration in ways that fit fast-moving teams.
More than design
My role often spans research, product, strategy, stakeholders and design, helping me balance user needs with business goals and team realities.
